You may enter the competition using the Postal Entry Route by complying with the following conditions:
Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address:
The Competition Co Online Limited, Addington Business Centre, 24 Vulcan Way, New Addington, Surrey, CR0 9UG;
Include with your entry the following information:
- Your full name;
- Your address;
- A contact telephone number and email address;
- Your chosen competition, and your answer to the Competition Question;
- Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
You may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
By entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
Your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date.
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw.
If an entry is received by the Postal Entry Route within 72 hours after the Closing Date, the Entrant will receive a credit equal to the cost of entry via the Online Entry Route to the draw, which will enable the Entrant to enter an alternative draw(s) of their choice on the Website/App using the Online Entry Route;
The Promoter will email each Entrant who has submitted a valid entry via the Postal Entry Route to confirm their ticket number;
Entrants must have created an account on the Website/App for the free entry to be processed.
All details on the postcard must correspond to the details on the account to receive the order confirmation and ticket number.
Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed.
Entrants must add an address to the related account for entries to be processed.

The competition draw date and time is stated on the competition page for each competition. The Competition Co guarantees to draw competitions at the date and time stated, regardless of ticket sales, no extensions!

How is the winner chosen?
Traditional draws:
Every one of our traditional draws can be watched live via our Facebook and Youtube page for everyone to see. We use a random number generator to determine the winner. We prove we are live by reading out comments and answering customer queries as we go. If a traditional draw does not sell out and the first number generated is unsold, we will generate a new number until we have a winner.
Instant wins:
Instant win competitions are won by receiving a ticket number that matches a number on the list of pre determined prizes. If your ticket numbers match any of the numbers on the list of prizes, you will instantly win that prize! End prizes are classed as traditional draws.
Automated draws:
Our automated draws are similar to traditional draws, but without a live draw. We use PHP code to randomly generate a winning number at the time of the draw. The winner will be contacted and announced on our ‘Draw Results’ page.
What is my draw number?
There are 3 ways in which you can find your ticket number for a draw.
- When you enter a competition your ticket numbers can be found on the confirmation page.
- On the confirmation email sent to the email address assigned to your account.
- Log into your account, go to ‘Dashboard’, select ‘Current’ or ‘Past’ and click on ‘View ticket numbers’ to see your ticket numbers.
What if a competition does not sell out?
If a traditional or automated draw that you have entered does not sell out, the draw will still take place and you will have a better chance of winning than if it had sold out! Each draw is guaranteed to take place on the date and time shown on the entry page. All sold tickets are still valid and we will generate a random number until we have a winner. If there are instant win prizes which have not been won within the time limit of the competition, they will be forfeited, however each ticket purchased into the competition will still be included in the end prize draw, if applicable.
Why am I recieving communications from The Competition Co?
We send out SMS, emails and app notification to all customers who register with us as part of our core service. How do the instant win competitions work?
Instant win competitions, prizes are associated with specific numbers from the outset. When you purchase a ticket, if your number matches any of these pre-assigned winning numbers, you’ll receive the corresponding prize, The Competition Co will issue your ticket numbers immediately once your payment has been successful.
Additionally, many competitions include an “end prize.” Each ticket not only gives you a chance at instant win prizes but also automatically enters you into a final draw for the end prize, which occurs at the competition’s conclusion through either a traditional or automated method.

How do I know if I have won?
Instant Wins Competitions
In Instant Wins, you would be notified with immediate effect if you have won in our instant win competitions, this win will also show in your online account. Additionally, all winners are notified by email.
Automated Draw Competitions
In Automated Draws, all eligible entries are entered into a random ticket selected; the winner is then chosen through a fully automated process without any input from a human interaction.
The winning customer is then contacted by email to inform them.
